These Terms of Service are a binding legal agreement between you (website visitor/customer) and Jingzhihe, the operator of this official jewelry website. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing orders on our Site, you acknowledge that you fully read, understand, and agree to comply with all clauses below.
1. Website Account Registration Rules

1.2 Account Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login password, verification code, and personal account information. All orders, operations conducted under your account belong to your legal liability. Notify customer service immediately if account leakage or unauthorized login occurs.
1.3 Account Prohibition Conduct: Do not register multiple fake accounts, steal others’ account information, use the account for fraud, illegal resale, information spam release, or other illegal activities. We reserve the right to freeze, permanently ban, and delete violating accounts without prior notice once confirmed.

2.3 Customer submitted customized design drafts: You guarantee full ownership of uploaded design materials; you grant our brand non-exclusive authorization to produce jewelry based on your design for your single order only.
3. Product Information Disclaimer
3.1 Color Difference Reminder: Jewelry metal texture, stone luster, and color shown on website pictures are captured under studio lighting; slight color deviation exists due to different user device screen display parameters, which does not count as product quality defects.
3.2 Size & Weight Data: All product size, weight parameters on the page are manual measured reference values, with minor reasonable error range, not grounds for free return without quality issues.
3.3 Price Modification Right: We reserve the right to adjust jewelry retail prices, promotional discount rules at any time without prior notice; confirmed paid orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
4. User Prohibited Behaviors on Website
You shall not perform the following actions when using our website service:
4.1 Hacking, malicious attack, virus injection, crawler scraping, automated bot program batch data collection to disrupt website server normal operation.
4.2 Post illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, misleading false information in comment sections, consultation message boards, review areas.
4.3 Use the website trading function for illegal transactions, counterfeit currency payment, fraud, money laundering, or violate local national laws and regulations.
4.4 Forge identity information, fabricate false order records, maliciously submit false after-sales complaints to disrupt normal customer service work.
4.5 Distribute spam advertisement links, third-party competing brand promotion information through website message channels.
5. Payment Transaction Rules
5.1 Supported Payment Methods: The Site supports mainstream secure payment channels including credit card, debit card, online bank transfer, third-party digital wallet, as displayed on checkout page. We do not collect your bank card payment password directly; all payment data are processed via certified encrypted payment service providers.
5.2 Order Cancellation Rule: Unpaid pending orders will be automatically canceled after 72 hours without payment. Paid orders may be canceled before warehouse dispatch; customized jewelry in production cannot be canceled once manufacturing starts, partial production deposit will be deducted as compensation for material loss.
5.3 Fraud Transaction Prevention: We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, and cancel suspicious high-risk orders with abnormal payment information, inconsistent identity verification, multiple address frequent order behavior, to prevent financial fraud losses.
6. Third-Party External Links
Our website may contain hyperlinks redirecting to third-party platforms (social media, logistics query pages, payment provider official sites). We have no control over third-party website content, privacy policies, and service standards. We do not bear any legal liability for losses generated from your access to external third-party links.
7. Service Suspension & Website Maintenance
We may temporarily suspend website access for server maintenance, system upgrade, security repair without advance notice. We will arrange maintenance during low-traffic periods as much as possible and post maintenance reminder notifications on the homepage in advance for long-duration maintenance. We are not liable for order operation losses caused by temporary service offline.
8. Limitation of Liability
Within the scope permitted by applicable laws:
8.1 Our brand shall not compensate for indirect losses, lost profits, opportunity loss, reputation damage generated from website use or jewelry product purchase.
8.2 We only bear compensation liability within the actual order payment amount limit for confirmed product quality defects or logistics lost parcels as stated in return & shipping policies.
8.3 Force Majeure Events: We are exempt from all liability for failure to perform service obligations caused by uncontrollable force majeure factors (natural disasters, war, government regulatory orders, epidemic lockdown, logistics network collapse).

Updated versions will be published on the website with updated effective date. Your continuous browsing, account login, and order submission after policy updates constitute your agreement to all revised clauses. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Domestic Users: This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. All disputes shall first be resolved through friendly customer service negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit litigation to the local people’s court where our brand company is registered.
10.2 International Overseas Users: Disputes shall follow the international consumer trade arbitration rules mutually recognized by both parties, resolved via neutral cross-border arbitration institutions.
